I was born in Philadelphia, then went on to live (chronologically) in Seattle, Virginia, Maryland, Montana, Alaska, New Orleans, Alabama, Oakland, Minnesota, Texas, and Washington state.
I lived in Alaska when it became the 49th state; I lived in New Orleans when the school districts demanded we have blood tests to prove we were white; I lived in Alabama when schools were "integrated" one black student per classroom, then went to Westlake Junior High in Oakland where I was a minority. What an adjustment!
My life is an exploration of the universe. I'm hoping a grandchild will take me there.

What a nice haircut. I bet it is cool. Watch out for sunburn though!
